About Jonnathan Creet

With several years of experience in the project space and specifically change management I believe that I have developed the right set of skills to be successful in the role that you have advertised. My experience spans managing change on a variety of initiatives such as introducing a new credit card to the market place, managing new regulatory requirements and most recently a $40 million organization wide system upgrade on which I have spent the last two years in New Zealand supporting a fleet leasing company, Custom Fleet, where the change was implemented. Throughout my career in change management, I have led diverse teams across multiple locations, local and international, to achieve the organizational goals set out in project mandates and meet aggressive project timelines on time and within budget. Key achievements and skills include: • Leadership: I have successfully managed teams of test professionals, communications analysts, training staff and subject matter experts towards achieving the successful implementation of the changes being introduced on the assignment I have been deployed to. • Stakeholder Management: Building relationships with my stakeholders in order to assess their needs through direct contact has been key to my success as a change manager. • Communication Skills: I am a strong communicator, on my last assignment I had to work with and source input and decisions from stakeholders and colleagues that were based in multiple cities and countries for the timely management of risks and issues. • Influencing: As a change manager I have always believed that being able to influence people impacted by the change being introduced is key to avoid being intrusive. I achieve this through dialogue and debating the needs and benefits of the change being introduced while being considerate about the natural resistance that change can solicit.
