About Jonny Edwards

While at school (back in 2015) I helped with the payroll, invoicing and banking of the business. Learning about Sage accounts and payroll was very important and I’m still heavily involved with the busy end of month when the majority of staff are paid and we send out invoices and statements.In the Summer of 2019, I graduated Newcastle College with a 2:1 in Business and have now joined the family business full time. Learning about cleaning, seeing many different client sites, meeting our amazing staff and getting stuck in has been fantastic. Understanding what we do for customers in different sectors is really interesting as we work to CQC standards in the medical sites, ISO and many other varying standards. The cleaning teams are the most important part of our business, so understanding how they can be best supported and looked after is of great interest.The business is at an exciting stage of change as we move to G Suite and bring in new innovative ways of doing things better, adding value to our clients and making us the number one commercial cleaning business to work with in the north east and Yorkshire. I’m looking forward to helping develop, trial and roll out these new systems over the coming months.
