I am a Product Manager who simply loves creating great digital solutions. Whether it is cross platform enterprise mobile applications, e-commerce solutions on web and app for global retailers, cloud based CRMs or building a class leading content management system for Internal communications, I love a challenge. I'm comfortable in complex or difficult environments and am at home building relationships across all professions. As a Lead Product Manager who thrives in complex challenging environments I have deep experience of carrying the vision for mobile app and consumer web applications. I have enjoyed working both as an internal Product Manager for product companies and a consulting product manager with enterprise clients across the UK and Europe. I have completed projects based on the Adobe suite, SAP Hybris, Salesforce Service Cloud and a variety of bespoke enterprise and consumer software. I have successfully delivered projects with in-house, near shore and offshore development teams. A professional product leader adept at user research, UX/UI analysis, requirements gathering and stakeholder management at all levels. As an advocate of outcome focused outcome, I am data focused achieving consistently successful outcomes for customers and businesses alike. A capable leader, I enjoy helping teams thrive, working to build and maintain a healthy culture of respect, encouragement and trust. Agile is not the job. Building great products that affect peoples lives is the job.
