I’m one of the co-founders of Yoko Property, one of the largest Serviced Accommodation providers in the UK and was voted Serviced Company of the Year 2021/2022 by Prestige Awards. We have properties ranging from 1 bedroom apartments to a 10 bedroom Apart-Hotel. Our mission is to provide all our guests with alluringly designed, high-quality accommodation and delivering exceptional service as part of their home away from home experience. We also help landlords maximise the earning potentials of their properties, which I fully understand the importance of being a portfolio landlord myself. We do this by providing a full management service to run your property as a Serviced Accommodation and taking care of everything from marketing your property to managing guest communication, property maintenance, cleaning, and many more to give you a complete hands-off approach.
