About Jonny Mooney

I am a highly experienced Programme Manager having delivered projects across the Aviation, Financial, Insurance, Retail, Education, not for profit and Construction sectors. I am also highly educated holding a Master’s Degree in Project Management, Hon.Bachelor’s degree in Computing and Bachelor of Civil Engineering in addition to holding professional certificates in, Prince 2, PMI-Agile and APMG Change Management. In recognition of my past successes and contributions to the PM community I was voted Project Professional of the Year, 2021 by the PMI Ireland Chapter and as of 2024 I am on the PMI Ireland Chapter Board of Directors and also support the UCD Michael Smurfit MSc in Project Management and the Global Leadership Programme. I have successfully delivered many significant and complex projects for Expleo’s clients and I am fully engaged across the organisation currently holding the position of Practice Lead, taking responsibility for the management, growth and development of the Programme, Project and Change Management Workstreams and its 80+ consultants. I am also involved in providing Change Management training and the development of new training course offerings to both internal consultants and the external market. My experience spans across large scale international IT Transformation Programmes, Service and Organisational design, Target Operating Model, Product Design and Development, As-Is Vs To-Be analysis and design, Training Needs Analysis, Process and Procedure development oversight and management, Resource Management, Governance and Reporting integration, Business Change and Operational Readiness, Model Office design and Go-Live support.
