About Jonny Yoder

I am senior Industrial and Innovative Design student at Cedarville University, where I learn to apply design thinking principles and methods to solve real-world problems. Currently, I am working as a Sales Intern at Sutphen Corporation, a leading manufacturer of fire apparatus, where I support the sales team with market research, customer service, and proposal development.Last summer, I was a Design Research Intern at the International Center for Creativity, where I was part of a team that partnered with the Cedarville School of Pharmacy and Kettering Health to research the issue of medication adherence in the Dayton area. I used my communication and Adobe InDesign skills to conduct interviews, synthesize insights, and create visual presentations of our findings and recommendations. I also earned a certification in Time + Project Management Methods, which helped me to organize and prioritize my tasks and deliverables. I am passionate about using design to improve the lives and well-being of people and communities, and I am eager to learn from and contribute to an organization that shares this vision and values. I believe that my diverse educational and professional background, coupled with my design research and communication skills, can bring a fresh and creative perspective to any team.
