About Jono Echols

Most of my work experience is in the service industry, where I have enjoyed developing a fun, yet professional atmosphere in the work place and a fantastic relationship with my customers. I have loved being part of a management team and helping find new ways to help my staff find new ways to improve, or share my motivation to have the most successful workplace possible with them. Nothing is more gratifying to me than when the team I'm responsible for excels. I'm still trying to discover what I would specifically like in a future workplace, other than a few, general characteristics. I will always want to find a job where I can exercise my creativity, by applying a creative vision to the project, or by finding an outside-the-box solution. At BCIT I've been learning to appreciate all manners of technology, but have developed a certain affinity for User Interfaces (particularly touch screens), Web Programming, and Networking.
