About Jono Shuster

I'm passionate about helping people who have innovative and creative ways of solving complex problems - especially entrepreneurs who want to realize their potential by starting or growing their companies. As an entrepreneur, executive, and manager, I've gained a solid understanding of the full range of factors that must come together to build and grow a successful business. My background is in technology commercialization, both in industry and academia, improving business processes and applying technologies to those processes. I enjoy building well-architected systems, so I stay active as a full-stack developer, currently using Angular, Typescript, Node.js, Bootstrap, PHP (using the Lumen, Laravel, and Koseven frameworks), and MongoDB. My devops experience includes continuous deployment pipelines on IBM and Amazon AWS cloud services; some Azure; Docker and Docker Compose. When not on the computer, I can be found skiing or hiking in the mountains, or adding banjo licks to local jam sessions. Specialties: Market development, technology commercialization, executive development, business plans, business process engineering, organizational development, proposal management. Business development into large enterprises, including the Federal government. Capital formation, including options such as the SBIR program for technology development. Technical background in software architecture, open source software, software engineering, usability engineering, quality assurance, performance testing.
