With over 9 years of experience in logistics, inventory management, and warehouse operations, I am a Warehouse Manager at McLane Company, one of the largest supply chain services leaders in the United States. I am passionate about delivering excellent customer service, optimizing processes, and improving efficiency. I am eager to apply my skills and knowledge to support McLane Company's mission of providing the best service and products to its customers, while creating a positive and inclusive work environment for its employees. As a Warehouse Manager, I supervise the activities of workers engaged in receiving, storing, and shipping products or materials, collaborating with other departments to integrate logistics with business systems or processes. I also monitor inventory levels of products or materials in warehouses, and direct inbound or outbound operations, such as transportation or warehouse activities, safety performance, and logistics quality management. I use my problem solving, supervisory, and team building skills to ensure that the warehouse operations run smoothly and efficiently, and that the customers' needs are met. I also have a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification, which helps me to identify and eliminate waste, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction.
