About Joon Rho

As an Accessibility Advisor at University Canada West, I am dedicated to ensuring that all students, regardless of their abilities, have equal access to education. With a passion for inclusivity and a deep understanding of accessibility standards, I work closely with students and faculty to provide tailored support, accommodations, and resources that foster a learning environment where everyone can thrive. I believe in the power of education and strive to break down barriers so that every student has the opportunity to succeed. In addition to my role at UCW, I am also a Freelance Videographer with over 9 years of experience in creating dynamic, engaging video content. I specialize in producing marketing videos, product demos, and brand storytelling for businesses across various industries. Whether capturing a corporate event or creating content for social media, I work closely with clients to ensure that each video is tailored to their brand and message. My approach is creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven—ensuring that every video asset not only looks great but also achieves its marketing goals. Balancing these two roles allows me to combine my passion for helping others with my love for creative expression. Both fields drive me to make a meaningful impact—whether through fostering inclusive education or producing videos that tell powerful, authentic stories.
