My career began already in my teenage years, and since then, I have gained experience in various industries. I have worked in the retail sector in various roles, such as a merchandiser, sales promoter, price researcher, and mystery shopper. After that, my career path led me to work as an IT specialist, where I focused on installing and refurbishing workstations. Most recently, I found my way to Fonum through a hobby and a radio advertisement. My work with mobile devices started in the role of a precision mechanic, and I have advanced step by step through sales and managerial roles to my current position. My career has been characterized by a strong commitment to achieving shared goals. As a Partnership Manager, I have managed partnerships by listening to partners' needs and creating and implementing actions to achieve mutual goals. I strongly believe that making operations transparent to partners fosters stronger and more profitable relationships through increased trust. My main responsibilities as a Partnership Manager have included developing processes related to collaboration, initiating new partnerships, communication, leading various projects, and handling operational activities related to partnerships. Strong and deepened partnerships have been key to strengthening collaboration and have enabled the joint development of business operations and processes with our well-known partners.
