I am an individual who thrives on continuous project involvement, acquiring new abilities, and excelling in teamwork and project management. At Konecranes, I serve as a valuable member of the reliability team, where my responsibilities encompass a diverse range of tasks with hoisting equipment. My primary duties include planning reliability assessments, conducting measurements and analyses, and contributing to process enhancements. My expertise lies in vibration measurement and analysis, certified as ISO My passion for internal development has led me to gain proficiency in work management tools, SQL databases, and PowerBI. Additionally, I am well-versed in Teamcenter as a PLM tool and NX for CAD applications. My recent accomplishment includes completing the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt course, through which I spearheaded a project aimed at enhancing the reliability of electric chain hoist chains. My tenure at Motonet equipped me with a broad spectrum of experiences in customer service, sales, and technical assistance. I possess a profound enthusiasm for technology, and through personal projects involving vehicles, home renovations, and automation, I have acquired a wide range of skills including hands-on mechanical expertise, mechatronics, and programming. I am a dedicated learning-oriented professional, a proud alumnus of Aalto University where I concluded my Master’s degree. My thesis explored the reliability discrepancies between steel wire and synthetic ropes in hoisting mechanisms. My academic journey also included a stint at the University of Twente in the Netherlands, where I completed courses in maintenance management and design for reliability. In 2018, I had the esteemed opportunity to lead the Guild of Mechanical Engineering as the chairman of the board.
