I'm always looking for challenges in terms of management and consultancy where I can use my experience, knowledge and skills for successful businesses. I consider myself flexible, stress resistant and creative. I developed myself in process improvement as consultant and specialist in project work. My organizational and technical skills and my ability to interact with all levels of the organization. Analyzing, monitoring progress, organize, record / capture, eye for changes and financial insights are part of my current and previous positions. I find it a challenge to occupy a central role where I can ensure that there is consistency between departments, users and their activities. The technique is a recurring theme in my career because I want to stay informed of changes. I know that innovation is important and will continue to develop myself. I recently followed a training in Process optimization with Lean Six Sigma to further develop my knowledge of Process Management. Briefly, I have: 10 years Configuration Management experience, 10 years Process Improvement (ITIL) experience, 13 years of service management (ITSM) experience, 15 years Managerial experience (Professionals), 8 years of finance experience, 2 years of security experience and 20 years of Telecom and Networking experience as engineer and teamleader.
