I’ve held senior positions in global organizations and led finance and administration for a USD 600M pulp mill expansion project in Brazil, recognized by PMI as the Best Engineering & Infrastructure Project of 2024. I’ve successfully managed financial oversight, contract negotiation, HR and administrative functions, and strategic reporting to executive and board-level stakeholders. At CMPC and EY, I led or advised on M&A and due diligence transactions exceeding USD 1B, structured cross-border acquisitions and divestments, and supported equity and debt issuances under Rule 144A/Reg S.
