Time does not stand still, and neither should you. I firmly believe in this motto. If everything around you is changing, you can't just keep doing what you always do. Always be prepared for what comes next. Who am I? I am a diligent and dedicated professional who excels in supporting clients and colleagues to achieve their goals and targets. Every problem is solvable, and there is no better feeling than overcoming obstacles to reach your goal. Trainer and manager I used to work for a young and fast-growing e-commerce company as a trainer for new customer service employees. I have developed a new training to minimize the time needed to train a new employee to a high-performing employee. From 2022 on, I gained experience as teamlead/ manager in a few scale-up companies and truly found my place there. I absolutely love to find scalable solutions and help companies grow anything that customer service related.
