About Jordan Bell

I graduated Southern New Hampshire University with a major in Business Administration. I am currently employed with Lowe's as an Asset Protection Agent, broadening my knowledge and working towards a role in law enforcement. My previous job experience in retail allowed me to expand my people skills, allowing me to deliver exceptional customer service while improving my communication skills. I have participated in the Program to Inspire Leadership Opportunity & Thought program which let me job shadow a Police Chief; this opportunity allowed me to further improve my leadership skills. I have attended the National Youth Leadership Training (NYLT) offered by the Boy Scouts of America. This training taught me valuable leadership skills that I use in my everyday interactions with others. While in the Boy Scouts I improved my problem-solving skills as an individual and in a team environment; this aided me in reaching my goal of becoming an Eagle scout. During my time as a scout I held the position of Senior Patrol Leader twice for a period of one year each time. This allowed me to work closely with both the adults and the youth in the Troop which greatly enhanced my leadership and communication skills
