About Jordan Brown

I’m a Solutions Architect at Dallas Digital Services, where I help businesses modernize infrastructure, strengthen cybersecurity, and get more value from their technology. I design secure, scalable solutions that align with business goals, from cloud migrations and M365 security hardening to network optimization, data protection, and threat monitoring. At Dallas Digital Services, we partner with industry leaders, to deliver cutting-edge solutions for managed IT, cloud services, backup & recovery, and advanced security. My role is to translate those tools into real-world business outcomes that improve performance and resilience. Previously, I served as an IT Professional at Airway Services, managing enterprise networks, security frameworks, and data analytics for a leading wind energy company. Before that, I was a Power BI Developer at Intellivega, building interactive dashboards that turned data into strategic insight. I hold a Bachelor’s in Intelligence and Analysis with a minor in Cyber Security from Angelo State University, with hands-on experience in digital forensics, encryption, and cybercrime prevention. I’m passionate about delivering technology that empowers people, drives measurable results, and keeps organizations ahead of evolving threats.
