Contacts, expert consulting, informations : jordan.castex.henner@gmail.com Native of Toulouse (the « pink city ») but having studied abroad, I arrived in Montbrison on a cold but sunny morning in February 2015 to initiate my engineer career in what was to become the Terana Loire laboratory. The various missions and projects that I have accomplished within the structure have led me today to become director of all Terana laboratories food hygiene services. Rigorous, dynamic but above all passionate, I followed a multidisciplinary training around the world of microbiology which allowed me to acquire many skills in all of its applications, from food industry to biotechnology, including medical. My academic and professional background has given me solid experience in projects and team management, both in food industry and laboratory areas. I am also involved in international missions within the framework of agreements between different laboratories and organizations. Passionate about discovering new landscapes, I travel regularly to open my mind and my spirit to other countries, and to progress in the field of photography and video making.
