Latest projects included launching & maintaining a new ecosystem that included a public facing website to collect inbound leads, which integrated with a CRM, lead management & marketing system (Microsoft D365 Sales & Marketing) that helped the company strategically pivot during COVID to have one of their most profitable years ever. Scrum/Agile, Azure DevOps, Power Platform, Microsoft D365, Axure, Lucid Chart, Drupal. To remain competitive, today's businesses must be nimble enough to understand & adapt new technologies into their business processes. That's where I come in - helping businesses identify opportunities & efficiency improvements that can be unlocked by means of software application development, adaptation or integration.
