Jordan Crow is a junior at Arizona State University, where she is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Business and Technology Solutions through the W. P. Carey School of Business. Her academic interests center around human resources, employee development, and marketing. Jordan has over three years of leadership experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. In her role at Starbucks, she has trained new partners, talked partners through their roles and set clear goals for the day, and managed store operations during peak business hours. Her leadership style is calm, hands-on, and team-driven. She is focused on mentorship and building trust through consistency and support. ​ Jordan is driven in both personal and professional growth. At work, she’s passionate about creating workplace cultures where people feel seen, respected, and set up for success. She takes initiative to improve team efficiency and has received positive feedback from both peers and leadership for her problem-solving and professionalism. Jordan’s long-term goal is to work in human resources, specializing in employee training and development.
