As Alumni Relations Manager, I have the privilege of fostering meaningful connections between The St. Paul’s Schools and our vibrant alumni community. My role is built on relationships, communication, and collaboration—with alumni, colleagues, and the greater school community. Key Responsibilities: • Event Planning & Coordination – Organize and execute alumni events that encourage engagement and strengthen school spirit – Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless event logistics and communication – Manage event follow-up, feedback, and attendance data to inform future programming • Alumni Engagement – Cultivate relationships with alumni through personal outreach and consistent communication – Maintain a visible and active presence at alumni and school events – Create opportunities for alumni to mentor students, network with peers, and return to campus • Content Creation & Communication – Write and curate newsletters that spotlight alumni achievements and school updates – Develop engaging digital and print content that tells the story of our alumni community – Collaborate with communications and development teams to align messaging and goals • Support for the Giving Office – Partner with the advancement team to promote giving campaigns and stewardship efforts – Assist in building targeted outreach strategies for donor engagement – Leverage alumni relationships to enhance philanthropic participation • Data & Systems Management – Gather, update, and organize alumni data to ensure accuracy and accessibility – Work with CRM systems to streamline alumni information and support data-driven decisions – Prepare reports and analytics that support outreach and engagement efforts • Collaboration & Reporting – Report directly to the Director of Alumni Engagement as a key team member in the Advancement Office – Contribute to department goals through strategic planning and cross-functional initiatives – Bring a collaborative, enthusiastic spirit to a mission-driven environment
