About Jordan Deleon

As a Bartender Supervisor at The Hills Local Pub, I oversee the daily operations of the bar, ensuring quality service, safety, and customer satisfaction. I have more than eight years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a proven track record of increasing sales, reducing costs, and improving staff retention and performance. I hold a Food Safety Manager certification and a License Education on Alcohol and Drugs from the California Department of Alcohol Beverage Control. In addition to my bartending and supervisory skills, I have a passion for event management and community engagement. I have successfully planned and executed various events and promotions for The Hills Local Pub, as well as for CorePower Yoga, where I worked as a Sales and Event Specialist for two and a half years. I have also completed a 200 Hour Teacher Training program from CorePower Yoga, which has enhanced my communication, leadership, and wellness abilities. I am a professional artist who actively supports local non-profit organizations through building relationships and volunteering. I am seeking a new opportunity where I can apply my passion for philanthropy and professional experience to drive positive change within my company and community.
