I have worked in the customer service industry for 6 years, learning how to communicate effectively and efficiently. I've grown accustomed to resolving customer emails between inbound and outbound calls. My work had me in charge of two clients, where I would provide customer support for a mobile app and a health teleservice website. My other responsibilities included: resolving escalated customer inquiries, processing refunds for damaged/missing products, contacting airlines for mileage refunds, collaborating with fulfillment houses, and responding to (AMEX) American Express disputes. Some of the applications we used included: Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, Recurly, and Salesforce. I'm an enrolled student at BYU-Idaho Online, majoring in Applied Technology. My career goal is to one day become a full-stack web designer. I initially focused my education on graphic design, as I've always loved drawing and creating. Throughout the past few years, I developed a love for programming and problem-solving, which has led me to pursue web development. In my free time, I love to create. I've been an Adobe Suite hobbyist for over 4 years now and became very familiar with Adobe Illustrator and InDesign. I'm looking to further my creative ability with Photoshop and After Effects. I also enjoy creating my own computer/web applications for both pointless and useful tasks. I am familiar with programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, Python, and C++.
