I’m a Senior Construction Manager with a strong track record of delivering complex, high-value projects across the UK and New Zealand. Specialising in client-side delivery, I lead developments from concept and feasibility through to design, construction, and successful trading, ensuring every stage aligns with operational, commercial, and brand objectives. In the UK, I’ve played a pivotal role in the delivery of Rotherham Motorway Service Area (MSA)—a strategically important site for Welcome Break, where I oversaw the full lifecycle of the build. From early planning and stakeholder engagement to contractor management and final handover, I ensured the project met tight deadlines while maintaining safety, quality, and customer experience standards. Internationally, I contributed to the Beatrice Tinsley Building at the University of Canterbury in Christchurch, New Zealand—a landmark project in sustainable construction. This four-storey, 2,650 m² facility is the tallest all-timber moment-framed structure in New Zealand, built using 310m³ of laminated veneer lumber (LVL). The building reused the existing 1960s concrete basement to reduce costs and carbon footprint, and features: • Pres-Lam LVL frames for seismic resilience • Potius stressed skin timber floor units • Cross-bracing for lateral load resistance • A lightweight, low-carbon structure designed to withstand future seismic events Whether managing motorway infrastructure or pioneering sustainable builds, I bring a hands-on, collaborative approach and a relentless focus on delivery.
