I drive efficiency by evaluating and recommending work procedure improvements, and I forecast and coordinate material and personnel needs with various departments. I lead planning sessions, contribute to the development of rail car appearance systems, and oversee a team, handling hiring, training, and performance evaluations. Key challenges include resolving issues quickly, implementing automation solutions, and innovating quality improvement programs within budget constraints. Despite harsh conditions and high usage, I maintain a clean fleet, ensuring a safe and pleasant travel experience- With a Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Cornell College, I have a strong background in health, wellness, and fitness. I am skilled in operations management, recruiting, customer service, and coaching, and I have a proven track record of increasing retention, revenue, and customer loyalty.
