About Jordan Koe

As a skilled and dedicated housing manager with experience in community development, personal advocating, and strategic planning, I am confident in my ability to effectively support and empower those in need. I have a proven track record of success in this field, having worked as an outreach worker at Our Place Society, where I provided harm reduction services, housing referrals, and strength-based counseling to those in need. In addition to my experience as an outreach worker, I have also worked as a high risk youth worker at Bent Arrow Traditional Healing Society, where I provided peer mentorship, system navigation, and coordinated youth programming. I have also worked as a housing first worker at The Bissell Centre, where I provided trauma-informed care, motivational interviewing, and personal advocacy to those in need. Prior to my career in housing and outreach, I gained valuable experience as a consultation intern at Aboriginal and Northern Affairs Canada, where I contributed perspectives on policy implementations and edited briefing notes for my manager. I am a compassionate and driven individual with a passion for helping others and improving the lives of those in my community. I am excited to bring my skills and experience to a new role where I can continue to make a positive impact.
