I have over 19 years of experience working in finance, accounting, and operations in fast-paced organizations. I have a history of competing in high-level sports and am a Smith School of Business graduate. Most recently, I’ve focused on high-growth start-ups, setting up solid and efficient foundations to enable the companies to scale and to provide senior leadership with timely information to make pragmatic business decisions and to set corporate strategy. I enjoy leading teams, working with people, helping them grow, and having fun while being very determined and pushing through obstacles to achieve results. Currently, I work at Growth Partners where we're on a mission to help you go from startup to scaleup.
