About Jordan Levinson

I help governments, social enterprises, and funders/investors tackle digitization from small frontline data solutions to digital ecosystems at national scale. I am widely experienced across community health, GovTech, supply-chain resilience, climate adaptation, education, food security, and disaster response. Over 15 years I’ve-Digitally empowered governments and large NGOs in 11 countries, embedding mobile apps, data pipelines, and dashboards into national infrastructure-Scaled frontline tools nationally and across borders, often in direct partnership with governments. Some of my bigger programs include national community health infrastructure in South Africa and Ethiopia, Sierra Leone’s national pharmaceutical supply chain, vaccine distribution in India, child nutrition monitoring in Nepal and edtech in Honduras-Unlocked public-private leverage by brokering partnerships among tech companies, corporate giants, DFIs, and community organisations—drawing on the best of all worlds and overcoming common barriers to scale-Delivered at speed during crises, rapidly standing up emergency stock-tracking and quarantine systems during COVID and biometric-enabled emergency aid distribution in conflict zones-Published research in academic journals and spoken at forums including the UN, MSF, and Global Digital Health Forum. I translate between Ministries, funders/investors, engineers, policymakers, and last-mile workers, with a strong emphasis on skills transfer and local ownership, especially where governments are concerned. I ground every deployment in human-centric design, equity, and sustainability. Today, at Project Last Mile, I’m building modular digital program offerings that enable cross-border growth of Healthtech innovators and empower Ministries to build data-driven supply chain ecosystems at national scale.
