A strategic leader with 15+ years of experience building strong client relationships and driving business growth while leading complex transformation initiatives across federal agencies and commercial clients, Jordan Loeb is currently a Senior Manager at Deloitte with proven success driving enterprise data strategy, modernizing financial and ERP systems, and improving organizational performance through analytics, systems integration, and process improvement. Jordan has been recognized for building high-performing teams, fostering stakeholder alignment, and delivering results in fast-paced environments. Jordan has developed and delivered ERP, Data Analytics and Accounting curriculum to up-skill and train clients and team members in critical aspects to support client missions. Jordan formerly served the Department of Defense (Air Force and Army) Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness (FIAR) efforts directing multiple team with diverse skill sets (data analytics, accounting/audit, ERP, Information Technology (IT) strategy and IT audit) supporting key client pain-point areas and enabling strong execution and client delivery; received high remarks/feedback from clients on teams’ performance and clients received awards based on teams' efforts from senior leadership. Jordan served as an ERP subject matter expert (SME) for SAP and Orcale. Jordan also supports business development growth by identifying potential opportunities at current clients as well as in new green space, managing the proposal process through obtaining award. At Deloitte, Jordan's primary markets are Data Analytics and ERP and Jordan oversaw the Army, Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and Veteran's Affairs (VA) markets while with Frontier, Inc. Jordan has a passion for giving back to the community and provides his expertise and leadership by serving on multiple non-profit boards as well as through volunteerism. While in the District of Columbia, he served as a volunteer strategy consultant and project leader for COMPASS, working with non-profits in the areas solving critical problems for their organizations. Passionate about the Serious Fun Children's Network, since 2006, he has volunteered at least a week of vacation as a counselor for children with serious illnesses and helps raise thousands of dollars annually for the Network and its camps.
