About Jordan McNeal

I am Jordan McNeal from the home of the Arch, St. Louis, Missouri. I received my bachelor's degree in Marketing from the Alabama A&M University in 2022 and currently pursuing my MBA. I became a member of the National Black MBA Association in 2022 and was recruited by Marriott International into their Voyage Program. After being accepted into the Voyage Program in 2022, I moved to Atlanta, GA by 2023, to pursue a new career in luxury hospitality at the St Regis Atlanta, as their Guest Service Supervisor Voyager. I oversee our concierge, butler, and butler service team and mainly focus on reaching our company goal to achieve Forbes Five Star, while starting small initiatives to enhance guest and host experiences. Aside from that, I work with black businesses and help them develop and execute their short- and long-term goals, help with strategic planning for their social media, create flyers, and share resources such as recruiting students and professionals for specific tasks. I am driven, a team player, adaptable to environments, accumulating leadership certifications, and most importantly loves helping others. I pride myself on learning emotional intelligence and seek to learn from others that come before me and are well versed in their field. I am excited to connect, network, and build new relationships through Linkedin! I am currently seeking new opportunities to enhance and learn new skills, increase my productivity, and prepare to face future challenges. I am willing to relocate or remain in Georgia and my desired start month would be June, as my voyage program ends.
