I started working in retail while in high school and quickly climbed the management ladder. I was offered an opportunity to be a claims adjuster at Safe Auto where I was promoted to handle coverage issues and liability disputes within seven months of being with the company. I later moved to Westfield Insurance and began handling fast track claims. From there I was one of the first 40 claims adjusters at Root Insurance. We built the claims department in 2018 and now there is over 600 adjusters. I began to work on building up our express team that handled smaller claims and moved to total loss from there. After a year in total loss, I moved to subrogation where I worked for a year and a half.
