Hi there! I'm Jordan Payne, a Process Engineer with 2 years of experience in the Cement/Manufacturing industry. I'm passionate about Engineering and Data, and have a proven track record of project management and equipment optimization. In my current role at Ash Grove, I have a great time getting to work with all of the different departments it takes to make a cement plant run from the chemistry lab and the control room, to the maintenance crews and the quarry. I've also had the opportunity to oversee installation of new equipment as well as audit major equipment to look for areas we can improve.
