About Jordan Petersen

I’m a versatile professional with a robust background in operations, project management, and sales. I recently worked at BEN Labs as an Operations and Payment Specialist, where I handle content creator payments, streamline documentation processes, and assist with system integrations. I’m responsible for creating SOPs, launching new tools like Zendesk and NetSuite, and contributing to machine learning AI development. Before this, I was an EDI Project Manager and Scrum Master at Purple Innovations LLC. There, I built and managed the EDI process from the ground up, significantly improved integration rates, and collaborated with sales and IT teams using Agile methodologies. My experience also includes roles in sales operations and account management, where I optimized order processes and built strong customer relationships. Early in my career, I achieved top sales performance at ClearLink.Outside of work, I’m passionate about building computers, gaming, and esports. I also enjoy hiking, playing basketball, tennis (Roger Federer is my GOAT), and pickleball. Additionally, I explore content creation and UI design as creative outlets.
