With over three years of experience in urgent care management, I am a passionate and effective leader who oversees the operations of multiple centers in the Las Vegas area. As an Area Practice Manager at CareNow Urgent Care, I am responsible for ensuring the quality, safety, and efficiency of patient care, as well as the financial performance, regulatory compliance, and staff development of each center. I have a Master of Health Care Administration from UNLV School of Public Health, and I hold two FEMA certifications in incident command system. I have also developed strong skills in training, retail, and visual merchandising from my previous roles. Additionally as a Center Manager and a Center Manager II at CareNow Urgent Care, where I led the daily operations, customer service, and marketing of the centers. I am committed to advancing the mission of CareNow Urgent Care, which is to provide convenient, affordable, and compassionate care to the communities we serve. I enjoy working with a diverse and talented team of providers, nurses, and staff, and I strive to create a positive and supportive work environment for everyone.
