From small-town roots in Lac du Bonnet, Manitoba, to leading field marketing initiatives at a national level, my journey has been driven by a passion for growth, leadership, and meaningful impact.After earning All-State honors as a hockey goaltender at Mt. Ararat High School, I pursued my academic career at the University of Maine, graduating summa cum laude with consistent Dean’s List recognition. I was honored with the Raymie J. McKerrow Award for top Communication student, the Presidential Pin, and several other academic distinctions that reflect my commitment to excellence.For over a decade, I’ve built my career at IG Wealth Management, where I’ve had the privilege of working alongside exceptional teams that inspire and challenge me daily. Together, we’ve earned multiple IGM Financial Marketing Awards including Coach of the Year, Customer Impact, and Engaging Experience. These are recognitions that speak to our shared dedication to innovation, collaboration, and client-centric strategies.As Director of Field Marketing, I’m focused on empowering teams, driving results, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
