Background

About Jordan Truitt

I grew up in Salem as the 4th generation in the family business of Food Precessing; Truitt Bros. Inc. From the age of 16, I spent my Summers working in the production plant and bean fields, building a solid base of knowledge surrounding the agricultural, industrial and business industries. After studying Agriculture and participating in AFROTC at Oregon State University, I started a successful custom harvesting business in the Willamette Valley, harvesting acres of green beans seasonally. While living in Louisiana from 2012-2016, my wife and I started our young family, we invested in several small businesses, discovered a love for real estate, and I fulfilled a lifelong goal of becoming a commercial charter pilot. But, the mountains of Oregon called! We packed up our kids and returned to the Great Northwest where I became the plant manager of Truitt Family Foods, a spin-off of Truitt Bros. in Salem. My love of Oregon and our community later led to the honor of receiving a Governor appointment to serve on the Energy Facility Siting Council, for the Oregon Department of Energy. This honor, in tandem with earning my Brokers license could only have been achieved through hard work, support from my beautiful family, and diversified experience. I work along side some of the area's best brokers at First Commercial Real Estate Services where I hope to serve our region for years to come.
