With more than 30 years in the information technology industry, of which 18 were in the cybersecurity and enterprise storage segment, 9+ years in cloud computing and recent years in ERP (business enterprise resource planning) software, mobile apps and currently immersing into crypto, fintech, blockchain technologies. Jordan is a Cybersecurity and IT Strategist who partners with senior executives and entrepreneurs to improve their professional brands and operations through digital transformation. He spent decades working with government, multinational corporate entities and startups, assisting them to cross the digital divide in harnessing the power of digital technologies to be more effective, innovative and disruptive. He has acquired experiences in business development, presales engineering and channels management covering 11 countries in the Asia Pacific region; namely Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines, India, Hong Kong, Taiwan, China and South Korea. Played key roles in developing infrastructural IT projects for multinationals, government entities and educational institutions since 1995; developed IT security projects for the military, government and financial institutions from 1997 to 2005 in Singapore and the Asia Pacific region. In March he capped his 10-year (reservist) military service as a First Sergeant (FDS) in the Republic of Singapore Air Force. He is an ardent technology evangelist with interests in web-based applications, opensource solutions (FOSS)/ sovereign computing projects, project management of crypto fintech platforms, covering the North East Asian regions including Hong Kong and China. His completed projects include cryptomining and centralised crypto exchange developments; and served a 2-year term as interim CISO for a Hong Kong-based firm leading to pre-IPO preparatory listing in Canada. At his leisure, he occasionally 'gigs' as a tech specialist for a US FI 'powerhouse' in the Central Business District. An entrepreneurial spirit at heart, Jordan has a penchant for financial wealth development strategies, is a trained forex trader, successful real estate & crypto investor, avid MMO gamer and a snow sports 'junkie'. Jordan holds diplomas in business management and information technology and is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
