I manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and negotiating offers. I also collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to understand the business needs and align the recruitment strategy accordingly. I have a strong background in professional and management recruitment, especially in the Aviation sector. Prior to joining Perimeter Aviation, I worked as a Consultant at People First HR Services, where I handled client, account, and recruitment management for a diverse portfolio of clients. I delivered high-quality candidates, maintained excellent client service, and contributed to business development and project management initiatives. Additionally, I have over three years of experience in operations management and labour relations, having worked as an Operations Manager and a Check Point Manager at GardaWorld. I am a Registered Professional Recruiter (RPR) and studied Computer Science at University of Manitoba. I have a passion for learning and developing new skills, and I enjoy setting challenging goals for myself and my team. I am driven, hardworking, and ambitious, and I value collaboration, communication, and process improvement in my work.
