I am a seasoned HR Generalist with a proven track record of providing HR support across various industries, including education, manufacturing, and healthcare. My career has centered on designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs aimed at improving organizational effectiveness and fostering employee growth. I have worked with a broad spectrum of industries, enabling me to adapt my approach to meet the unique needs of each organization I support. I am committed to fostering an inclusive and supportive work environment where employees and supervisors have the resources they need to succeed. Throughout my professional journey, I have consistently focused on aligning HR strategies with business goals. I had the privilege of leading HR efforts for around 300 employees across several divisions, and collaborating with department leaders on recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. I also stepped into a leadership role by filling in for the VP of HR for six months, where I contributed to high-level strategic projects, including departmental restructuring. I am proficient in a range of HRIS tools, including Salesforce, Fieldglass, and Kenexa BrassRing, and have extensive experience with benefits platforms like UMR, Delta, and TIAA. Whether through facilitating training sessions, supporting organizational restructuring, or driving DEI initiatives, I strive to create an environment where individuals and businesses can achieve their full potential.
