Background

About Jordan Whiting

With a strong foundation in nutrition science and a passion for promoting health and wellness, I have accumulated valuable experience across various roles in the nutrition and food industry. Currently, I am employed as a Health Coach at Numan, where I am dedicated to empowering individuals to achieve their health goals through personalised coaching and evidence-based guidance. Previously, at Starbucks EMEA, as a Nutritionist, I was collaborating cross-functionally to develop and optimize menu items that balanced nutritional standards with consumer preferences. My career journey also includes roles such as Nutrition Content Creator at Wellgard and Nutritionist at Holland & Barrett, where I engaged directly with consumers through various platforms, providing tailored dietary advice and promoting holistic health solutions. During my tenure as a Performance Nutritionist at London Esports Ltd, I integrated innovative strategies to enhance player performance through nutrition interventions, emphasising the importance of balanced diets and optimal nutrient intake for cognitive function and physical health. Throughout my career, I have honed skills in data analysis, project management, scientific research and regulatory compliance, enabling me to drive impactful initiatives that prioritise both nutritional excellence and consumer satisfaction.
