Adaptability has guided my success over the last 15 years. I have an insatiable passion for learning and a never-say-die attitude that kept me going beyond just the confines of a role. I'd become the Excel guru or Product leader or Datacenter expert or Salesforce SME, always looking for how I could learn more or do more. Leadership became a natural evolution via teamwork and teaching as coworkers came to rely on me for guidance and support. Creativity helps me forge new tools or streamline processes, and critical thinking skills to accomplish what others said couldn't be done. As an Enterprise Solutions Architect at Centralsquare, my primary focus was on sales enablement, putting me on the forefront of communicating solutions to clients and building 3rd party relationships with data center partners and integrators for our Enterprise Public Safety suite including Dispatch, Records, Jail, Mobile, and 9-1-1. This includes public and private cloud, hybrid or full on-premise hyperconverged data centers, and technologies like VMware, Nutanix HCI and AHV, AWS, Windows, SQL, Zerto, Cisco, and others. This included price, scope, product position, distribution, and leveraging our offering against market and competitive data. As an individual contributor, skills in being able to work independently and time management are paramount while relying on my creativity and adaptability to truly architect and design new solutions. Prior to that I spent 5 years as the 9-1-1 Technical Support Lead, a role which doesn't delineate just how involved I've been at every level. I was often pulled into sales demos, marketing, technical discussions, solving challenging implementations, creating scripts, RMM platform management, training staff, and the like. This included frequent travel for user conferences, demos, and client visits. Never to be defined by my title, I also worked closely with executive leadership to develop reports to answer key business questions like market segmentation to build sales strategies across the org. At Integrity Solutions I worked with on-shore and international contact centers using my creativity to build reports, processes, and manage a team of real-time analysts who delivered them. This helped teams earn continuous bonus through focus on KPI's and managing them in real time. I used my problem solving skills and teamwork with operations managers to build data streams and analytics far beyond our client in-house reports. This allowed precise financial forecasting, KPI reporting, and bonus attainment well before the client's official results.
