About Jordon Flato
An actor by training, I fell into the world of presentations center and legal technology work in order to earn a steady pay check. I began my foray into that world at the ill fated Bear Stearns. Since entering the legal technology market, I've risen quickly into management positions, helping to shape the Allen & Overy Document Production Center into a full service 24 hour operation, and expanding its services to Desk Top Publishing and more. In addition, I became manager of the training department. Upon leaving New York, and Allen & Overy, for the San Francisco Bay Area, I became the Trainer at Farella Braun + Martel, where I also quickly rose to a supervisory role, taking the help desk, software deployment and hardware deployment under my supervision. Most recently, I was promoted to the role of Director of Technology at Farella, where I look forward to engaging in the rapidly evolving world of legal technology even more directly.
