Current position- Learning & Development Business Partner at Staughton Group - moving into this role is a huge step as it isn't an industry I am experienced in so this is going to be a huge learning curve. But can't wait for the challenge. Previous work- Learning & Development officer at Rivalea. I moved into this position from my previous role as an Animal Technical Officer at the same company after completing my Master of Teaching (Secondary, majoring in Agriculture and Science)- Sales Nutritionist for Top Country in Moree (Northern NSW)- I helped provide graziers and producers with nutritional advice to best suit the needs of their livestock depending on their individual situations- Smithfield feedlot as a Trainee Manager mostly working in the livestock section, as well as being involved with livestock on our family farm, working for numerous cattle studs, working at horse reproduction clinic and conducting work experience on various properties. I have lots of experience with animals and ways in which they can behave. I have a strong passion for animal nutrition and ways in which it can help improve production for producers. Horses and cattle are some of my main hobbies.
