About Jordy Hodgson

With over 16 years at Signfab UK Ltd, I've grown from the shop floor to my current role as Sales Office Manager—leading a dedicated team of 10 who manage our full portfolio of customer accounts. I began my journey in sales 14 years ago, and over the years, I’ve built a deep understanding of our customers, our products, and what it takes to deliver results. My passion lies in driving performance, building strong client relationships, and leading a team that consistently hits targets. At the heart of it, I thrive on the energy of sales. That feeling of securing an order never gets old—it’s what keeps me motivated every day. I'm always looking for ways to improve, both personally and professionally, and I take real pride in helping my team grow and succeed. Outside of work, I’m passionate about sport—especially football and rugby—and enjoy nothing more than catching a good game. Like most people, I love a great holiday and am always looking forward to planning the next getaway. I believe in making the most of life both inside and outside the office.
