With my many years of experience in retail and leadership, I have been fortunate to work with, a fast paced environment, strong customer service facing roles and global luxury and service focused brands, guiding teams and learning what truly makes people and businesses thrive. Throughout my journey, I’ve come to understand that real leadership is not about position or authority, it is about working hard alongside others, building trust, and creating an environment where people feel valued, respected, and supported. I have learnt this and taking it upon myself to ensure that I am a supportive leader wherever I go. One of my key strengths lies in operations ensuring that businesses run smoothly, efficiently, and with clear direction, yet I approach this with humility. An important part of my journey has been the guidance and support of the incredible leaders I have worked alongside. Their mentorship has not only helped me grow but has shaped the kind of leader I strive to be, one who leads with integrity, humility, and care for others. Through their example, I have learned the value of resilience, accountability, and empathy, and these lessons continue to influence how I approach leadership every day. I consider myself fortunate to have been trained and inspired by such role models, and I remain committed to continuing my own growth and development so I can pass those same lessons on to others. I am deeply passionate about people, service, and the positive difference a motivated team can make. While achieving results has always been important, I believe the true measure of success lies in seeing individuals grow in confidence, teams take pride in their achievements, and customers experience genuine care.
