I have been elected Member of Parliament of Venezuela in 2020 and currently exiled, therefore unsworn. I have been advocating for democracy, human rights, and social justice, as well as providing expert opinion on the current electrical crisis in Venezuela to international media outlets such as The New York Times. I am also advisor to sustainability consultancy firm that helps clients assess and reduce their carbon footprint, implement direct carbon capture solutions, and access green bonds. I have over 20 years of experience in the industrial machinery and power electrical systems sectors, both in conventional and renewable energy sources. I have a CAS in Science and Technology Policy from ETH Zürich, a Master of Global Management from Tulane University, and an MSc from IESA. In addition, I am the Director of Intramaq, a company that I founded in 1992 and that provided state-of-the-art CNC machinery and power electrical systems to customers in Latin America and the U.S. I lead the business development, technical sales, and international markets expansion of Intramaq, as well as overseeing the quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction of our products and services. My mission is to leverage my expertise, skills, and network to create value, impact, and opportunities for Venezuelans, first of all, and to my clients, partners, and stakeholders, as well as to contribute to the social and environmental well-being of the communities I serve. I am passionate about sustainability, global business, and technology, and I am always eager to learn, collaborate, and grow.
