I work as a Client Success Manager (CSM) at MarkMonitor/OpSec Corporation, supporting several large brands in South and North America. I bring several years of professional experience building and maintaining client relationships of all sizes from all over the world. I manage clients in South America to successfully protect their brands and reputations online, including Financial Institutions, Food Industries, and Energy and Transportation companies. I have been providing support and analysis across all brand protection modules at MarkMonitor/OpSec for few years. I have worked in various fields where I performed an excellent work by managing accounts, trainings and bring onboard new clients and retaining them delivering outstanding job. Previously I worked as a Marketing Account Manager Hewlett- Packard (HP). Where I where I also performed Translations and training.
