Joined BAT, the world’s most international tobacco group, with more than employees worldwide and brands sold in 180 countries, straight out of university as a Management Trainee. Thanks to BAT's focus on employee development, I had the opportunity to hold various roles in Chile, Mexico, Brazil, England and Canada. BAT offered a marketing career where I could travel the world, work in different cultures, meet fascinating people, and focus on a product that brings with it challenges and opportunities. In every role, my goal is to achieve unprecedented standards and to keep on fighting to meet ambitious objectives while inspiring and developing people to deliver outstanding results. Finally, on a personal note I am married with three daughters. I have a dog and enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I also appreciate travelling, reading and practicing all kinds of sports.
