I dedicate myself with full energy to Human Development as an ICF Certified Coach (ACC). As a Trainer and Facilitator, I have extensive professional experience in the areas of Training and Development, highlighting Results-oriented Behavioral Training, Emotional Intelligence, Leadership and NLP, as well as on topics such as Sales of Excellence and Creative Sales Techniques. As a Consultant I have been involved in several special projects, for example, with the Bayer Marketing Academy and Marketing and Sales Innovation, integrated in the international structure of Bayer. Design, program and lead all phases of programs, in the conception, design, investment, evaluation and monitoring of training actions in all areas of intervention. I have the certification in Executive Coaching level II by ICF (International Coach Federation) and the Master Practitioner in Neurolinguistic Programming. I am certified in Personality Identification Tools, such as Identity Compass and DISC. In my actions and content programming for professionals and companies, I use various tools and courses, such as: Coaching Neurolinguistic programming Emotional intelligence Orientation and Focus on People and their Development Results oriented sales techniques Strict conception and design of programs according to the needs identified in the commercial teams.
