About Jorge Castro

With over ten years of experience in marketing, I am passionate about creating and executing marketing strategies that connect with diverse audiences and drive business growth. I have a proven track record of managing successful campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social, email, and paid media. I am currently the Brand Support Manager at VCA Animal Hospitals, where I oversee the brand strategy for a diverse program portfolio, such as CareClub and myVCA for over 800 hospitals. In my role, I collaborate with external digital and creative agencies, as well as internal stakeholders, to maximize program adoption and client experience. I also lead development of marketing materials, such as brochures, posters, flyers, and rack cards, that showcase the benefits and features of our programs. Some of the skills that I use daily are strategic and omni-channel planning, marketing campaign management and reporting, and data analysis through PowerBI or external data analyst agencies. I am highly passionate about the multicultural consumer/client, and I provide my experience in multicultural marketing whenever I have the opportunity.
